My name is Angela, founder and owner of Major Cleanz. After more than 20 years of service in the United States Marine Corps, I developed a deep respect for discipline, structure, and the impact a clean environment has on both health and mindset.
In military life, cleanliness was not optional, it was essential. Living and working in close quarters required attention to detail, routine, and accountability. A clean space supports physical health, mental clarity, and a sense of calm control.
Major Cleanz was built on those same principles.

How the Process Works

1. Walkthrough & Assessment
We begin with a brief walkthrough to evaluate your home’s size, condition, and cleaning priorities. This allows us to recommend the appropriate service level and provide accurate, job-based pricing.
2. Foundation Clean
All recurring services begin with a Foundation Clean. This detailed service establishes your home’s clean baseline by addressing buildup, interior areas, and high-touch surfaces.
3. Ongoing Maintenance
After your Foundation Clean, we transition to scheduled Maintenance Cleaning to preserve your home’s standard and maintain a consistently refreshed space.
Optional add-ons are available when additional attention is needed.

This seasonal service includes up to 4 hours of structured, professional cleaning designed to freshen high-use areas and restore calm to the space.

Hosting
Hosting should be…relatively…stress-free. I assist in party/gathering clean-up and decor set-up with next day tear-down and clean up.
Organizing
If the molehill has now reached mountain status, let a fresh set of eyes help get you back on track. Pantry, closet, office, seasonal decor, etc. I can help refresh your space.
Home “Runner”
If your life schedule is overflowing, hand over your to-do list. I help take care of some of the every-day adulting so you can focus on more important life events.

Yes, I have all supplies needed to provide top-tier services. I use mild cleaning products to preserve and protect your precious assets. I do however, request to use your vacuum and toilet bowl brush; this helps mitigate cross contamination from home to home.

The maintenance clean is the heart of maintaining a clean home and preserving the hard work from the foundation clean is maintained. All rooms are spruced up and order is preserved.

Depending on the starting condition of the home, it generally takes about eight hours to complete. Our walkthrough will better assess the time it will take not only for a foundation clean but follow-on maintenance cleans as well.

No, you do not need to be home during service. Clients may provide secure entry instructions. Clear communication and trust are part of our structured process.

Yes. Major Cleanz is fully insured for your protection and peace of mind.

I do not contract clients for cleaning. Things happen. Life is dynamic therefore I do ask that if you have to cancel or reschedule you give me 48 hours notice. If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours there is a $50 fee. If you cancel the day of your appointment 50% of the cleaning cost will be incurred. If you cancel upon my arrival or if I am not granted access for the service, full price will be charged.

Maintenance Cleaning focuses on preserving the standard established during your Foundation Clean. While most visits include all primary living areas, specific rooms or tasks can be customized during your walkthrough.
